Got help from Central Jersey Mechanical HVAC when we really needed it!

(5 out of 5.0) We lost our heat during a very cold Saturday night. We called a few companies but they were either not available or the prices they quoted were out of this world. When I finally came accross a number for Central Jersey Mechanical HVAC, I spoke to somone who understood our urgency and difficult situation. He promised to be in first thing in the morning and to my surprise, he did ring the bell on Sunday morning - excactly at the time he said he would. The service was accurate, much less expensive than other comanies and reliable. I was very pleased with the speed of service and how pleasant John - one of the owners - was during his visit. I will not only use them for future maintnance service but definietly recommend to others. Excellent service and superb customer satisfaction!!!

(5 out of 5.0) Right after the strom I needed an HVAC Company, Electrician, Carpenter, Plumber and more ... Didn't have a clue as to chose what company in each field. With the HVAC work I chose Central Jersey Mechanical to replace my destroyed heating and air-conditioning system ... I read some reviews about them and called some references they gladly supplied ... WOW, I am now one for one . They came in and stayed until it was finished. VERY professional, courteous, and delivered on Everything they promised. And the price they quoted stayed right on, not like some of the other trades I choosed. I never wrote a review before but these guys deserve it. Don't even hesitate to use them. I highly recommend them... When I thought I had aproblem days after they finished, I called and within the hour they were back. It was my fault I had the programmable thermostat programmed wrong.

(5 out of 5.0) Had 2 company's over during the summer to inquire as to if I need a new heating ssystem, or a repair would be worth it. BOTH tried to sell me state of theart systems that were more than $10,000.00 each. Last week I went online and read some really cool reviews on both Google and NJ.com, and decided to give Central Jersey Mechanical a try. I had put my heat on for the first time and it just didn't sound right. Whenc these guys advertise 24 hour emergency heat repair they really mean it. Called at 10 pm and they answered the phone. No voice mail or message machine. They were at my house promptly at 9 am as promised and after a few minutes they blew my mind. Seems the only thing wrong with my heat was my daughter had dropped one of her dolls costumes down an open return vent. That was the noise and thing that was affecting my heat. I NEVER needed a new heating system, and I even mentuioned it to the guy that was at my house. No wonder he looked at me like I had two heads. For $50, I saved thousands. He even through in a new filter at no charge, and stayed for an extra 30 minutes, just to re-assure me that I really didn't need a new system ... Don't hesitate to call this company if you need a heating service company ...

(5 out of 5.0) Two years ago I had my entire home renovated ... That included replacing 5 HVAC systems ... didn't want to chance using a smaller company, or local guy, and instead went with one of the so-called big guys out there ... Was afraid with a small company when I needed service, a had a better chance getting faster service from a bigger company . What a mistake !!! One of my sysyetems that control my bedrooms went out on the first really cold night of the season the other day. Called the guys that installed it, and was told they could get to me Monday between noon and 4. As this was Saturday morning I just couldn't wait, and looked on the web and found some really great reviews about Central Jersey Mechanical, a company that had given me an estimate to replace my sysstems, and was really a great price ! Called them, and they had somebody at my house within the hour. Within 2 hours he got the part for me and had my heat working. They didn't even charge me for the part, as they said it was covered under the warranty, and they would get the credit... Whew, I still don't beleive it. Don't ever remeber in the 20 years we are in this house and countless HVAC guys, and other contractors in this house have I experienced this. I NEVER wrote a review before, or ever thought I would, but these guys blew my mind and my wife and I decided we HAD to .. If there were a 10 star rating these guys would get it !!!

Still Don't Beleive the Service and the Price !!

(5 out of 5.0) Woke up Saturday morning and of course the first cold day that I needed heat and it didn't work. Even though it was 6 am I surfed the web, and found this company ... Actually on nj.com. And after reading the glowing reviews about them gave them a call. Not only did I get a real live person to answer at 6 am, but the boss himself ... He personally came over at 7:30 am, diagnosed the problem, gave me a straight no nonsense accout of the problem, and even though I asked about needing a new furnace, he quickly convinced me I didn't, turning away a much bigger ticket item, and proceeded to finding a parts supplier who was open and had the part. After a few calls, he did, went and got it, and had my heat up and running by 11am ... And at a price I found more than fair !! If you are ever in need of any emergency heating service, or the installation of a new system, DON'T Hesitate, call these guys ... No-One will be doing my air-conditioning, or heating repairs or installations from now on !!!
